Aqua-Hot Heating Systems LLC, a division of Airxcel Inc., realigned its corporate structure with the creation of four organizational teams and the appointment of existing staff as leaders for each.
According to a press release, Gary Miller has been named director of engineering and manufacturing operations. This new organization aims to ensure a “seamless transition of new products” between engineering and manufacturing.
Mark Davis has been promoted to business unit manager. In this role, he is responsible for leading product development strategies, revenue growth efforts, execution of sales strategies and partnership development.
Erin Cable has been promoted to Senior Supply Chain Manager for Aqua-Hot. She pursues material procurement, warehouses and supplier relations, and deals with the optimization of supply chain processes.
Geoff Powell will continue to lead the finance organization team as controller of Aqua-Hot.

Our restructuring enables execution with greater speed, efficiency and capability in a rapidly changing world. Strategic product innovations can now drive Aqua-Hot forward, and our team, from operations to call centers to sales, is structured and ready for operational excellence.
Aqua-Hot manufactures hydronic heating solutions for RVs. Adaptable to a range of applications, its products run on diesel, gasoline or propane.
